Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.

Love the area. Close to restraunts and shops

Everything was clean and beautiful. We had a pleasant, comfortable, uneventful night stay followed by a delicious hot breakfast and a soak in the hot tub. We were very pleased.

Very clean and chic. The staff was wonderful. Winchester restaurant is probably the best place to eat in Ashland.

Very clean and the pricing was nice for a hotel in such amazing condition. I will definitely be back if I’m the area.

Very cozy! The bed was so comfortable. It was me and my 4 yr old grandson staying overnight while driving through.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and more modern than most. Krista at the front desk is second to none! I’ve had great service before, but she was top notch. That set the tone for our stay.

Excellent. From the counter check-in to breakfast check-out next day and everything in between, this is one reasonably-priced, great place to stay. Management accommodated me with a first floor room near an entrance that also had a shower for people with disabilities. We four (wife, kids 8 & 6) checked in around five p.m. New Year's Eve, and we heard no major noise whatsoever either from outside or inside. Good Chinese buffet in the neighborhood. The heating system works well; the beds were...

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff. Wonderful indoor pool. Nice selection of fast food and restaurants nearby.

Staff was so welcoming. Parking was accessible and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, so close to many stores and restaurants downtown Huntington WV

Great staff. Convenient Location. Plenty to do within walking distance. Nicely renovated rooms.

The hotel met my needs. I had to stay two nights in Portsmouth. This hotel is downtown. Has a nice pool and restaurant. A snack bar. A microwave and fridge in the room.

It was great expect for the one guest ruined out time there. I went there for an event and the rest of our group went to Days Inn well we wanted the indoor pool and breakfast. The pool was fabulous warm and relaxing we were in it on Friday night. A family came and went swimming apparently on Saturday and this women's hair turned green, everyone else in her group (about 10 of them) were fine. She had to of colored her recently for this to happen. So you as management closed the pool. I was...

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are amazing, especially Megan. She goes out of her way to make sure your stay is beyond pleasurable.

The hotel room was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. When we come back this is the hotel we will stay at

At first I was getting a little aggravated because I couldn’t get into my room I had to go back like 4 times. Then the girl at the front desk made me a new card yet once again then finally we made it inside. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all but then we fount a note from the cleaning lady Named Mary she thanked us for staying and so we wrote her one back thank you so much for that note that was the best trip I’ve had in such a very long time.
