“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Wonderful location, great property, and great communications with the host/owner. Many things stood out, but one that I found to be unique was the quality of the furniture in the living spaces. It was all EXCELLENT and tremendously comfortable, which is really appreciated by older guests like myself. Unfortunately that is often not the case at many of the other VRBO homes I've stayed at in the past. I would definitely recommend this property, and……

“My family of four and friends stayed here for a week and loved it. The house is big enough for two families and the kitchen is stocked. We enjoyed board games when it rained and puzzles. The dock faces west so we enjoyed many fabulous sunsets. We loved how flat this property is getting to the dock! The covered dock location is great on the lake because our boat lives at Trident so that was convenient. We enjoyed hours and hours of skiing, tubing, and wake boarding on this beautiful lake”

The dock is kinda small if you have a really big group but they have a fabulous lily pad you can use that we spent the whole weekend using! Great place!! ”

“We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the cottage on Smith Lake. The house was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked to meet our needs. Our teenagers enjoyed the downstairs room and living area. We enjoyed building a fire in the fireplace on the main floor and sitting on the screened-in porch drinking coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy swimming and boating on the lake! ”

“House was excellent! Kids loved the upstairs bunk beds and the adults loved the separate bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The deck upstairs and the screened porch was also pleasant at night. Short walk to the dock and not a lot of traffic on the water makes it really nice. 10/10 would recommend. ”

Silvia was exilent checking us in and describibg the delicious avant garde continental breakfast amenities that exist from 6 to 10 am......I am waiting with baited breath....? Also staff was the best, took care of us and offered to help and chilled, she even got me a diet coke from :the Market" area. Kudos to Sylvia, she needs a raise...keep that girl. Okay?To the other stuff, my room is nice, close in food options, air is cold cold.... much better than mediocre...……

“The front desk lady was very kind and patient even tho I was frustrated because the pool was closed due to maintenance. I always use hotels that have pools for my boys. The remote did funky things. The front desk worker offered to help either reprogram a new remote or to move rooms to a suite because all of the double rooms were rented out. We chose to stay where we were.
