A wonderful apartment on a lovely complex. The communal areas are just fabulous. Wonderful location for relaxing with a short walk to the local amenities/restaurants etc. The only minor issue is only getting one set of keys and you need them to get in and out of the complex. Stéphane, who greeted us with the keys, was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a brilliant stay.

OK but needs minor attention.
Having stayed at another apartment in this complex, I can compare the standard of this one to that. The size of the apartment is fine. Enormous private patio, and private access to the pool area. However, this property needs the owner to arrange for many minor faults to be put right. Missing lights and light bulbs, and a couple of damaged frying pans, which were reported, were never replaced/sorted. One door shutter for the main bedroom was not working and in the closed position not allowing direct fresh air into the bedroom. Having travelled abroad for over 40 years we have stayed in numerous properties, villas and apartments. Most have minor faults, but there is no excuse for some in this apartment. We had a good 9 day holiday, and would stay in the same complex, but probably not at this apartment, unless the faults highlighted to the owner are rectified.

Appartamento come da descrizione se non meglio e dotato di tutto il necessario. Un grazie particolare per l'acqua e le bollicine di benvenuto e poiché non era affittato il giorno successivo ci hanno permesso di stare fino al pomeriggio della partenza. La piscina condominiale riscaldata nei mesi invernali è fantastica. Grazie di tutto.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön, grün und gediegen angelegt. Zu meiner Reisezeit angenehm leer und nahezu absolut ruhig. Das Appartement ist hochwertig gebaut, schön geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die weitläufige, opulent möblierte Terrasse ist herrlich. Sicherlich können nicht alle Details und Ecken auf Neubau-Niveau gehalten werden, aber wer das will, muss den doppelten Wochenpreis bezahlen. Tatsächlich liegt dieser Gebäudeteil im Schatten, so dass es in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse kühler als in anderen Domizilen bleibt. Im Sommer wohl ein Vorteil. Die Eigentümer sind außergewöhnlich nett und sehr bemüht.

Bel appartement dans une agreable residence
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement spacieux, très bien équipé avec un superbe terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Par ailleurs l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire est un plus pour cet appartement. Palm est un endroit très tranquille mais nécessite un véhicule pour les déplacements. daniel
