"Hermes hotel was a wonderful stay for our first time in Santorini! Even before we arrived the staff were helpful in securing us transfers from the airport and organising an early check in. The staff all went above and beyond were for friendly and helpful. The facilities were great two pools and plenty of very comfy loungers meant there was no fighting at the crack of dawn. The location was lively just a short walk from the supermarket which had EVERYTHING and a short stroll from the beachfront area which had loungers and plenty of food options. We loved how close the hotel was to it all whilst still being away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront! Lovely hotel would highly recommend!"
"I only stayed one night at Symphony Suites in Santorini, but it was truly perfect. I had the Iphigenia Suite, which was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious.

"This was a nice hotel to stay in. Staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms and living room were clean. The bathroom was modern and cool. They are more than 1/2 a mile away from the bus stop and a little over a mile to get to Kamari beach.
If there was one thing I didn’t like was the pathway to walk to the main road. Not the fault of the hotel, but if there was a short cut to the main road it would have been more convenient walking with children. "

The staff, including the welcoming and helpful young gentlements at the front office, the housekeepers, and the pool cleaners, have taken great care of everything. The amazing breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day. The area is peaceful, with plenty of activities in Vothonas, along with excellent dining and drinking options. We also appreciated the seamless assistance with transportation to and from the airport and renting a scooter or car. Thank you for providing us with such a relaxing experience!"
"We had a great overall experience in the costa grand resort. The studio room was great, early morning sunshine experience from the balcony with sea right in front of you, the nice breeze in the evening, walking by the sea, shops and restaurants in Kalmari area which is happening till midnight. Swimming pool facilities and the cleaning associates will be visible cleaning the properties all the time.
Regarding any other suggestions, I would prefer to have the Main Reception being tagged in google maps/ roads for tourists who are visiting on their own by cars. Since the mail buildings are same, it is difficult to identify the mail reception and no indicators are available to reach the Reception Office. I need to get down and ask resort people to provide the driving path for the mail parking/reception.
