"Room was clean and spacious and we loved the pool! Super close to the city center as well! We did lose power for about 30 minutes one morning, but I looked it up and saw that it can be common. Also the walls are not very soundproof I could hear other people conversations in other rooms at times."

"Amazing place to stay, and extremely friendly staff. We originally couldn’t find the hotel and a staff member came to get us at a local shop, escorted us and carried our bags to our room. They even met with us at our room for checkout to carry our luggage back up and offered to carry them all the way to the bus stop. 10/10 service!! Only note make sure you shower early or at night as the water may temporarily stop during high usage times though they’re super accommodating for this also. They gave us 20 extra minutes to leave the room so we could finish getting ready! Sunset was amazing and the food down at the bay was phenomenal!"

"Honestly my wife and I were exhausted but we arranged a pickup at the airport. When we arrived The Porter brought our bags down the mountain for us and Niko at the front desk took very good care of us. The breakfast was wonderful and they even left a little surprise snack when we checked out. Thank you to their entire staff for making our short visit memorable."
