You enter the house directly through the new fully equipped kitchen, which is combined with the directly adjacent reading and TV room. From here you reach the small bathroom or reach the very bright open living and dining area. From this, a door leads into the large double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite. Another door will take you to the second bedroom.
The outdoor area offers a lot of privacy on the furnished terraces. The swimming pool, located directly at the house, is slightly elevated and can be reached via a semicircular staircase. There are four houses on the 15,000 sqm plot. The arrangement of the houses on the property is designed so that this does not detract from your privacy. The existing tennis court is available to all guests of the finca at leisure.
