The hotel was charming & there were so many thoughtful touches, like welcoming
complimentary cheese platter, wine and afternoon cookies. The breakfast was
delicious. I highly recommend

The Hulbert House is the best place I have ever stayed. The property itself is gorgeous and its location perfect. But what made this place so special was the staff. My friend and I had just come off a Viking cruise, where half the staff and passengers, including us, became sick with a respiratory illness. On arrival the staff anticipated our every need, before we knew we had them. They brought ginger tea and honey to our rooms as we settled in. They then made dinner reservations for us and...

We stayed for three nights on a skiing holiday as a winter break. The accommodation was very warm and spacious. The location is out of town but there is a shuttle which we appreciated.

Our stay at Stoneridge was just amazing. We were greeted with cheese platter and wine which was really nice as we were hungry. :) We stayed at the Arrow suite which has a lap pool right in front. Very clean and nice room with complimentary beer, milk and soft drinks. The property has a vineyard too which is great and it is an amazing place to take some awesome photographs. The room has a good view of Lake Hayes and the mountains. The service is great. There is also a hot tub you can use which...

The place was very clean. The location was great, easily walk all around town and to the skyline. Tons of restaurants close by. We used the kitchen and it worked out well.

This cottage is amazing with gorgeous views of vineyards, and a pond with ducks! The restaurant food was delicious, and the Explorer red wine was fantastic! Then, driving to Queenstown, we stopped at the Bungy Jump spot to take photos, and walked on the bridge to talk to the jumpers!

Gorgeous, breathtaking views no matter where you look. Stunning views of the lake and the mountains can be seen from your bed, the couch, and even from the tub in the bathroom. A private patio surrounds you in serene landscapes and lovely sounds and allows you to totally escape and leave all your worries behind. The staff is so friendly. From the moment we pulled up, they made sure our bags made it to our room immediately and they helped us book all our activities right away based on the...

Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience.
Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point.

Absolutely loved our stay in the villa! The space is large, clean and modern - perfect for a family. Loved seeing the historical hotel/pub and dining at the restaurant. Also easy access to Wānaka and Queenstown.

What a fantastic find in Queenstown! The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minutes from the center of town and 5 minutes from the gondola. The host, Richard, greeted us, oriented us to the town and the hotel. Super welcome, and we just wish we could stay longer!
Bed was excellent, and room is elegant, quiet and comfortable.
Highest recommendation!!
