"We were on 4th floor and it was hotter than !@#$. NO A/C..TINY window for ventillation...they had 3 elec. Car chargers and only 1 was being used by elec. Car..other 2 occupied by gas vehicles..one of which was an employees car..who at first was not interested in moving it for us (we had elec. Car)..he ..."
