“I forfeited a 7 day upon arrival to actually see the full room.Bed bugs, slick loose flooring , broken glass all over the bath area, leaking faucets pests crawling in and out the space underneath the door, broken light fixtures…Just a TERRIBLE hotel/ suite/studio whatever they advertise it as ! AVOID! No return on my deposit either!”

“The first room that they gave me had no electricity and still under construction. The second room they gave me was still dirty from the last guest. It was horrible! They offered me nothing. I couldn’t even talk to a real person, they had a video kiosk. They spent all that money on a dumb video kiosk, but cannot Oxford to clean and fix their rooms. Terrible.”

“Good value for a quick overnight stay. Clean and well-maintained. I was not able to carry my bag up a flight of stairs to second floor room (no elevator) and asked to change room to first floor. I was told that was not possible because I had booked online (which made no sense). But the young man at the desk carried my bag upstairs so it worked out.”
