From check in to check out everything was great! Front desk daytime person Chris Gaddy gave us restaurant recommendations and was very friendly upon our early arrival! great breakfast that was included. Very clean and orderly, all the other staff was very friendly as well! One of the nicest value properties I have stayed in. I loved that the room actually had two half baths! I will look to stay in a SpringHill again!

Staff was very nice. Check in was a breeze. This seems to be a very new location and was very clean. A Target is located across the street. Withing literally 100 steps is a Dave's Famous BBQ and Red Robin. The Air and Space Museum is about 5 minutes away. Would recommend this location.

All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Since 2019, (Covid protocols) we are used to making our bed and using the same towels each day. There was a sign over the sink that states that if you want changed linens, to please contact Housekeeping. We did not request that the towels be changed every day, but they were. In fact, the day before our check out, the bed linens were also changed.
