“Great smell of freshness when you walked into the premises followed by very clean appearance throughout. Place had a welcoming feeling when you walked through and everything that was necessary was quickly located. Wonderful position of the bungalow with super windows to enjoy the sea view. “Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Very close to the beach for a lovely walk. Would definitely use again. ”

“Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! ”

“We stayed for the one night, glad it wasn’t more. The living room stank of mould from the leather sofas. There were cobwebs all over the place. There was mould all over the upstairs bathroom. The hot tub was nice, however it’s hard to close the doors. Most The lights in the hot tub room were also not working. Don’t even get me started on the quality of the bed and bedding. “We have been staying for a week with three adults and two children of 3 and 6 years. The house is located in a small cul de sac, so there is only minimal traffic. The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. "The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport."
