“On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. Slightly dated, it is a charity which explains the decor and layout. No bar at the weekend, no swimming pool at the weekend. Good location, would stay again now I……

“The house had everything we needed, from cleaning products to bed linen, coffee, tea, ... The location is perfect, a quiet street with the beach, supermarkets, shopping street, ... just around the corner. There was no street noice and the garden was nice and calm. the only unfortunate thing was that the dishwasher was not working. The customer service replied immediately they could send someone to fix this, but we didn't here from this again before the end of our 6 night stay. Also, the……

“We had a lovely week at Apple Tree Barn, the barn was warm and comfortable and the space was just right for three of us. We found it was in a great location for local days out and it was convenient to have the small village shop within walking distance. There were good facilities for staying in and cooking basic meals, although the kitchen would not necessarily be suitable for longer stays.”

“Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. “My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
