“Dans l'ensemble je mettrai un ' étoile, je suis déçu, pour un grand standing comme ça, il n'y a pas de climatisation, le toit c'était une véranda peinte en noir, quand il fait soleil, c'est une fournaise, quand il pleut, et il a bien plu, il y a des fuites d'eau du toit, ce que vous voyez c'est une photo mais en vidéo ça goutte vraiment. et il n'y a pas d'eau chaude.
Sans l'eau chaude, ce n'est pas évident avec les enfants.

“The b & b situates in a quiet street. Though not in the town centre, it is close enough to the railway station and bus stop to go to Duomo, the centre of attraction of Milan conveniently. The interior is elegantly decorated, and the facilities and supplies in the room are good enough. “This B&B is owned and operated by a wonderful family. It is located very close to the RHO Station and very convenient if you want an apartment type of accommodation. This area is not very touristy. I felt like I was among locals when shopping and dining. My travel was for business purposes and I was able to get to Fiera Milano and back in only 3 minutes using the Metro!”

“I used prepaid service, but when checking in, staff asked me to pay by credit card or what. I said I have already paid, the staff said that’s just booked, not prepaid. Later I requested confirmation by calling, and finally he said I am right. “La habitación es normal pero está muy limpia y era grande el desayuno muy correcto pero lo mejor fue Bruno que es la persona que nos atendió. Es maravilloso. Túvimos un problema mecánico con el coche y fue tan amable de buscarnos un taller que nos lo arreglase en un día e incluso nos dejó guardadas las maletas hasta que nos dieron el coche. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! "We stayed here for 1 night 1 total of 18 people and we were 16 people who called the desk to help us book a taxi. We ordered 2 cars for 8 people, and the desk told us that we needed 3 cars, but my other 2 friends, they went first, and we had 14 people left, and there were 2 taxis, and we saw that we could take 14 people, and then I and the service desk said can you cancel 1 car for us, and the desk agreed. We got in 2 cars, but the driver of the second car was abusive and threatened us on the way, saying that his colleague drove an empty car, and we offered to give his colleague 20euro as compensation, but the driver did not agree, and the driver threatened us because we were far away from the airport, and we were driven out of the car by the driver halfway and insisted that we sit in their third car, and we were in the car with 2 mothers and 5 children, and we were very scared, and we compromised, and we all cried, and the children were very scared. We were forced to pay 3 cars 160 euro equals 480 euro for the personal fare to the airport, and it had a very bad impact on our 5 children, I will not stay in this hotel in the future"
