"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"I was looking for an affordable, clean, private place to stay for one night that was within close walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and this place delivered exactly that! The shower was quite a tight squeeze but it got the job done so that’s all that matters. It was as expected for the price you pay. The office where you check in is across the street from the building where you stay, but the staff meets you there and personally shows you to your room so no worries in finding it....

"The room was lovely, with plenty space for 3 of us. Check in person was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, all super clean, plenty of towels etc. The only negative would be the lack of air con. It was really hot, particularly overnight. There was an electric fan we used in but it didn't really do much to relieve the heat which was a pity."

Both Andrea and Antonella, husband and wife were the perfect and most kind hosts. Their attention to detail is perfect too. The bed was so so comfortable and rooms were so spacious.
