Située à Bastia, entre Pérouse et Assise, ce B&B tient davantage d'une location Air BnB que d'un hôtel, mais l'intimité avec la patronne, sa famille et ses animaux domestiques, si elle est très directe 'latin way', n'est absolument pas dérangeante, bien au contraire. A peine arrivé, j'étais très cordialement invité à partager l'apéro lors de l'happy hour autour de la piscine. La chambre est située au rez de chaussée, ce qui garantit une certaine fraîcheur l'été, elle est de toutes manières équipée d'une climatisation. La piscine n'est ni minuscule ni gigantesque, constitue un bon plus. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais attentionné. Et la situation est idéale, entre la ville de Pérouse et celle de St François. En plus, il y a le meilleur glacier vegan d'Italie, Demetra, à une encablure, que demander de plus ?

La chambre était correcte propre mais par contre la salle de bain n'est pas adapté en effet il y a une douche sans bac on met de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain avec un cabinet d'un autre âge.. le wifi ne marche pas dans notre chambre. Et le petit-déjeuner minimaliste pas de pain pas de beurre pas de jus de fruits ou de fruits juste deux petits morceaux de gâteau des biscottes et de la confiture le premier jour on a eu des yaourts et le deuxième jour pas de yaourt parce qu'il y avait deux croissants chacun mais pas de fruit ni de jus de fruits ni de yaourt ni de beurre ni de pain.etc.. c'est dommage parce que le logement est bien situé. La personne qui tient le BnB on ne l'a pas trop vu juste le jour de notre arrivée et pour nous servir le café elle n'a pas trop parlé avec nous et on n'a pas pu lui dire au revoir car on l'a pas vu . La ubicacion en una zona rural muy tranquila.El predio tiene una pileta muy grande rodeada de un parque bellisimo La habitacion y el baño impecables. La señora Giovanna nos preparo unos desayunos muy abundantes con variedad de panes, galletitas y dulces. Cuando nos retiramos nos preparo una vianda para el viaje. Gracias B&B

Adoramos o lugar

Adoramos a estadia, quarto muito limpo e chuveiro bom. Infelizmente não vamos dar 5 estrelas pois o Wi-Fi não funcionou em nenhum momento. E este era um critério na hora de escolhermos a estadia. Fora isso, tudo muito bom

È una struttura con piscina per l'estate ma che va bene anche in inverno accanto a Assisi e a tutte le meraviglie dei dintorni. La signora Giovanna fa delle ottime torte per la colazione e vi sono tanti gatti bellissimi.

Ottima accoglienza, la signora Giovanna è disponibile e tanto socievole e il suo ciambellone a colazione è una delizia. Il posto è incantevole, la piscina un vero paradiso. Il b&b è posizionato ottimamente per accedere a tutti i luoghi di visita e nei dintorni trovi tutta la tipologia di ristoranti che desideri. Ci ritorneremo

Eccellente la posizione, a due passi da S.M.degli Angeli ma immersa nella campagna. Silenziosa e Francescana, Giovanna prepara dei ciambelloni squisiti per la colazione. Pet Friendly e al giusto prezzo.
