“We had an excellent stay and would gladly give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants, museums, and other attractions.
The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had.
The only suggestion for improvement……
“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”
