I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Nice hotel with great condition and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was not very good. When I asked for anything they bring it fast. But there was a day when I put a card for cleaning the room but it didnt get cleaned. Other than that everything was great.

It was a good experience. I was nicely surprised. Everything was sparkling clean. The crib was great and had nice kids bedding.
Breakfast was well served and there were options for each taste. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

My lovely spot in Astana, I don’t know why Comfort Hotel have low rate on Expedia.com this hotel is really great I love it super quite, clean, staff is great smiling always and they do the best to help you. Breakfast as 5 stars hotel.
