“Room was great, the bar and restaurant at the pools were amazing, the only issue we had was at the beach, which still wasn't bad, just seemed more over crowded and understaffed as the rest of the property. Overall it was a great stay and an amazing way to relax and have options for food, pools, or being in the Mediterranean!”

“It’s a scam!
I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title.
Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation.
