“Our stay started off on a bad note with ants amassing in the bathrooms, flushes dripping and underfloor heating not working in the living room. The master bedroom bed was also severely broken and mattress sank in. Communication with the manager was good, he was responsive and tried to help, however due to the holiday season unable to fix more than the bathroom cleanliness and missing toilet paper.
