“Well located for what we wanted to do for our one night in Athens. Staff were fabulous and so helpful. Rooms were small and were a little musty- but not uncommon with these very old buildings.”
“It is a very good experience to stay in Varaba Country House. We arrived the airport around 7 pm, and the driver picks us up on time. The house is very nice and new, the driver is so friendly and the dinner prepared by the cook is excellence! Definitely will recommend to friends and re-visit the house. ”
“The suite is beautiful and pretty compact. Newer unit, the bed was a dream and the shower was ideal. It had a nice perks with heated towel warmer in the bathroom. The chair stools were a great height to the countertop and lots of light fixtures making the unit feel bright.”
“Exceptionally clean apartment with amazing facilities. Loved the spa shower. After a day pounding the Athenian streets really good to come back and sit at a dining table for refreshments and then relax on a very comfortable sofa. Mattress very comfortable with deep pillows. In room safe is large and coded entry systems with optional alarm makes the property feel very safe. This was our third time staying and will definitely return on our next Athens trip.”
“Our stay at Villa D’Irene was wonderful. My husband and I stayed 2 nights. The host, George, was a pleasure to deal with - friendly, helpful, great communication. He arranged a transfer from and to the airport for us and gave us great suggestions for places to visit and eat nearby. The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable with views to the sea and mountain, and within walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery store, and the best bakery ever! We wished we could stay longer to try……
