The landscaping upon arrival is mostly dead. There is no way to walk from the parking lot to the hotel as there is no sidewalk without a hotel card. My nightstand looked like someone jumped up it. My phone kept sliding off of it all night. There was one person working at check-in on Memirial holiday. They never once responded to any of my requests as they short staff the hotel. The elevator was broken and there is only two elevators. The cover for the air conditioner was broke so it just blew air straight at me all night. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything in every room around me. They charged a premium for the holiday weekend and when I complained about all of these things, they just ignored my review. I would not stay here. Restaurants are not convenient. There’s lots of aggressive homeless people in this area. They will chase you down the street. Midtown is much more convenient for restaurants. Bulkhead would be even better to stay in.

This property goes above and beyond…to make sure the photos online are more impressive than the property actually is. Horrible lighting, ridiculous shower with no shelf for anything. No USB ports, exposed pipes. Former guests underwear and socks left in room. Most of the ice machines were broken including the one for my floor, one of the elevators was broken and the one that was didn’t sound too great. The staff were fairly meh & condescending with the exception of a couple of nice ones. The pool was super dirty. Just over all not what I expected when booking, and I would most definitely choose a different hotel if I go back.

We were given a handicap room. When you shower in there the entire bathroom floor gets flooded with water. We were given no bath mat. I asked housekeeping for a bath mat and they said there aren't bath mats. They gave me a regular towel. It took all the towels to dry to floor. When I took them to housekeeping to trade for dry/clean ones, they said they couldn't give me any I had to call the front desk. So, instead of arguing I called the front desk 3 separate times. No one ever answered. Also, only 1 working elevator and it took forever. So, basically I felt that for what we got, we over paid for this hotel.
