Hotel was nice and had ample parking; however, due to the key machine being down, there were no room keys provided. It was very inconvenient to keep having to ask someone to let me in my room and the wait times were annoying. Hotel did not provide anything complimentary or provide a discount for this inconvenience. Also, the air conditioner in the room was loud and the thermostat light was bright as a nightlight the entire night.

The front desk manager Joseph was awesome. Expedia failed to send reservation confirm to the hotel, so we had no reservation upon arrival, and the hotel was fully booked. Joseph gave us a room from their reserve room holdback, no problem.
