“Clean room, good air conditioning, great parking, nice staff”

“A horrible experience. The room and bathroom were very dirty. There were spiders and small cockroaches, and the room smelled strongly of dampness and stale cigarette smoke. The actual condition of the room was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The only positive thing about my stay was the receptionist, who was friendly and welcoming when I arrived.”

“Outside and inside did not look like pictures. Outside was well weathered and dirty. Several people living there. Barbecue pits out the front door. Children obviously lived in this situation. We did not feel safe and were concerned about our car. We should have left. Inside was poor and semiclean. Coffee maker was not present as in the description.”
