Enjoyed our stay, was in town to visit our new grandson who was born 3 days before we got there. This location was less than .6 of a mile from our sons house so we were thrilled to have found it.

We were in town for a conference and these accommodations were perfect for that. We had a few issues with the gate. Which the management team addressed. Very safe , quiet area.

The listing was on point. Everything was fine. I like that the two bedroom condo my daughter do too. I had lil problem with the key entry but I figure it out besides that I had a wonderful time thank you.

I stayed at this Vrbo listing for Mlk weekend 1/16- 1/18. It was very nice ,clean and meet all our needs 2bd rm 2 bath cute kitchen which we used for breakfast both mornings, a lil hiccup getting the codes & getting in but after that it was all good ,the host was always there to answer my questions to help me get in & we had a great stay - would definitely book again

Do not book! The process to get into the property is ridiculous. The phone number to the host does not work. I actually called Vrbo corporate and did not get any resolution. The master bedroom TV did not work so they sent me a YouTube video to do it myself. The icemaker does not work. It states in the description that it is a quiet place and that is not correct. It is very loud and noisy.

Aaron & Rachel were ever commutative and kind. I’m disabled so I really appreciated the professionalism and care. The trip was a milestone for me in my recovery. The home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place for us! Had everything we needed. Very easy drive to Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Park where we spent most of the weekend! Super close to food and shopping too! Love that it’s gated- security on site over night- felt very safe! Will stay here again in the future!

Great location and value!

We loved our stay! Centrally located and convenient parking, which is a plus. Had everything we needed and more. Great value for this area of Atlanta. Super clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!

Great for what we needed.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, we were in town to visit my aunt so really just a place to come home to at night and sleep. Would have been nice to have a fob for the main gate, but was not the owners fault (previous renter took them). Close to the highway but still quite. Very good for the price.

Host communication was very poor. The gate and house codes given were incorrect. I couldn’t get into the compound until someone was getting out. She didn’t answer calls during those times when I needed the gate open. Also the entire beddings in the master bedroom were unclean. The dining room table were very dusty even though the apartment itself was clean. I ask had to purchase WiFi.

Condo

The place was in a great location for why we visited Atlanta GA. No idea if the property owner knows but we noticed the closet door in the master bedroom had a hole in it. We messaged them right when we arrived but no response. I would suggest getting a blackout curtain for the master bedroom because the outside light looks directly into the bedroom making it hard to sleep.Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, comfortable unit

After a few frustrations/hassles with figuring out how to make things work properly, we settled in for a very nice three week stay. We were here for the birth of a granddaughter, so away from the unit a fair amount. But we really liked the location and layout of the condo, good amount of dishes, pots and pans and silverware - even managed to host a thanksgiving dinner for 7 people. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby, lots of parks. We especially liked Toast on Lenox, and Talkin’ Tacos. November in Atlanta was lovely with fall color. Host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns
