Cute condo! Life is better at the beach

Quiet and serene one bedroom condo with kitchen/ living room combo. Recently renovated. 532 square feet. This condo is clean and well maintained. The bedroom is equipped with two full sized beds and TV with cable. Wireless internet included. The living room has a pull out full size couch and cable TV. Condo comfortably sleeps 5. There is a front porch where you can sit drinking your coffee surrounded by the salty sea air. Kitchenette stocked with Keurig, toaster, oven, refrigerator, utensils, pots. It has private parking spaces, fenced in courtyard with pool, grills, picnic tables, and volley ball court. There is a game room and laundry facilities. A short walk to the ocean, which boasts a playground, public restrooms, and a walkway with a sitting area to take in the gorgeous ocean view. The condo community is very family oriented.

Property was good. It was very humid in the bedroom and sticky. The couch in the living room is covered in mold. Bathroom was nice and clean. Easy walk to the beach

When I had walked into the residency, there was an odor I had reached out to the owner and to VRBO. VRBO said there was nothing they could do and it was up to the owner on how she wanted to handle the situation. I have asthma and had two young children with me. I did not feel comfortable staying there. She refused to refund me and basically called me a liar. I will never be using this company again. Absolutely awful experience which is so devastating because my family and I have been plan this trip for 2 years.

Would definitely stay again
Courtney was very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Place was easy to find, great access to beach and back out to main roads. Perfect for our fall fishing trip. Only complaint I had was the AC unit in the bedroom was kinda noisy (hubby slept fine so I think more of a personal issue lol). If you don't sleep well with noises, I'd bring a box fan or sleep on the fold out couch as living room ac is quiter. I would absolutely stay again though and just bring my own fan :)

Delightful stay
Great spot for two friends. So close to the beach that we didn’t mind the stroll. You don’t have a lot of personal space outside, but inside was roomy enough and the entertainment options were good. Beds were lumpy and soft, but we both slept well. Gave it 5 stars for stellar cleanliness, amenities, communicative host and proximity to beach. Great family location. Thanks for a lovey stay.

Great little condo in great area!
We couldn't stay for an entire week, so we loved the flexibility to choose a partial week rental. The location was perfect. The access to the beach was easy, the condo was clean, exactly as pictured, and the community was quite (as AB usually is). We had an issue with the lock, but Courtney answered my call right away and luckily we were able to get the situation fixed. We will definitely return to this condo in the future.

Nice little condo near beach
This is a great location. Very close to the public access beach. It's a great place if you are a beach person and activities person, but if you're looking for privacy and comfortability, keep looking. We only used the condo to eat occasionally and to sleep.

The property was clean and perfect for our stay. The only issue I have is the walk to to ocean. I’m elderly with hip and knee problems. The walk was hard on me but otherwise beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Good Bang for the buck
A no frills place that was fine. Very close to the beach. Unit could use some updated/sturdier beds. Also, the combo lock didn't work properly so it took awhile each time to lock the door. But again, for the price and to be that close to the beach it was fine. I would definitely rent it again.

What a great stay
Although we had some travel issues, the owner was very accommodating. The property was very clean and surprisingly comfortable. It is located walking distance from the beach and just a short drive to any restaurants or other amenities you may need. Will definitely stay here again.

Great affordable place for a family wanting beach vacation. I did not read the memo about bringing sheets and towels. First vrbo that did not include linens, and it was my mistake. The giant dead cockroach in the bedroom was a turnoff but we did not see any others. .

Relaxing Easter Weekend
Nice quiet place to stay and enjoy the beach. Daily shell collecting opportunities and not an overly busy beach. Overall great place to stay. Just make sure you bring some TP. We arrived late in the night and there was only a 1/4 of a roll available.

Great distance from beach, other attractions.
Great experience, would stay again. I only wish the sofa bed was more comfortable to sleep in. Ended up sleeping on the sofa cushions because the padding of the sofa mattress is so thin.

Perfect birthday getaway!
Thank you for making this yet another great stay at this condo. It was a perfect way to celebrate a milestone birthday at such a beautiful location. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach. Friendly neighborhood. Close to shops for gifts yet a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. I am looking forward to a 3rd trip to this clean, well furnished condo this year.
