This hotel staff was rude, The price of the hotel was extremely over priced for the location. The ice machine was broke with a sign that said ASK THE FRONT DESK. When I asked the front desk for ice, he went the back to a cooler and use a scooper to scoop the ice that was floating in a bunch of water... YUCK the cooler was dirty!

Booked a double room for 4 nights and my family members I was traveling with booked 7 nights. They checked in the day before us so when we got there to check in we were next door to them but they wanted to charge a fee for us to check in early even though the room was ready. Fine, I understand you are a business and want to make money. Only positive things I have to say about this motel is the bed is fairly comfortable and the room has a refrigerator and microwave. Updated floors and the air conditioner worked well. Definitely more cons…. The shower was old, rusty and drain was clogged. My sister saw a cockroach in there several times. Needs a serious update. Sheets appeared to be clean but had stains and holes. Flat old pillows. We had to go to the front desk and ask for ice the public machine was broken. My family asked the front desk 3 days in a row for housekeeping to come and they never did. They kept getting excuses that they were busy and the hotel was definitely not full. Then was told someone needed to be in the room if you want housekeeping to come. Still never did. If you want clean towels you need to go to the front desk and get the thin scratchy towels they offer. My mom wanted an extra blanket and was told they didn’t have any. Don’t be fooled by the “nice” pictures of the room it’s far from nice. I WOULD NOT recommend staying here unless maybe one night and you’re desperate. Many surrounding hotels/motels that looked much nicer to stay at. Never again for me.

Gross!!!! Checked out a day early. Came back from a wedding and room stunk like marijuana. When we first checked in, room smelled and felt damp and musty. Mold on the walls near beds. The partial hanging vent for bathroom didn't work. Water damage on the ceiling and walls. Counter was severely damaged. Floor was sticky, ants on walls and floor. Blue scribble on the counter and the bible and an F written in the same blue ink on the bed sheet. Room seemed not to have been cleaned judging by the body hair in the bathroom and on the floor. Floor was greasy feeling. Glue or something extremely sticky on the dresser. TV remote volume wouldn't go down. Entire coffee pot has NEVER been cleaned. Needle caps on ground in front of the room, trash damped along fenceline. Dog feces not cleaned up. When asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign, the guy at the desk told me I didn't need one and asked "why, is someone supposed to be coming by?" Not that the hotel would do anything, but the neighbors were extremely intoxicated and super rowdy. Don't come here and definately don't bring kids. When we first checked in, we went to pay the pet fee and the guy behind the counter said we don't except pets as of June 1, 2024. We explained that we booked this back in April. Thankfully they ended up honoring it. Pool looked nice, didn't use it. Linens appeared to be clean minus the ink.
