The property had dog poop all in front. When you walked in it smelled really bad, like dogs(apparently people with dogs lived there). When we got to the room the towels and wash clothes we so stained and dirty that we had to go to Walmart to buy our own. The complementary breakfast they offered was horrible. They had eggs that taste like army food. Only 1 outlet worked in the room. The pool was unavailable. It was like i was at a hotel where you paid by the hour. So disappointing. The most disappointing part is that i can't get a refund from this ran down welfare hotel.

This wasnt the best but definitely not the worst. You can tell the renovations were done poorley. My room AC made noise whenever it was on. I had some flying bugs in the bathroom. The breakfast and amenities were nice. Check in was smooth.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. But Expedia has been very selfish and strict. I drowsily tapped a wrong key at 2 am. I marked the next night, not that night. Expedia made me sleepless that night, using the policy as an excuse. I will never do business with you again. You punished me for not accepting insurance. Bye…
