“My perfect stay in Munich. I made a sudden request by email for printing a 13-page document around 7 am and hoped to get it by 7:30 am, October 27 (Monday). I went down to the front desk trying to remind them at 7:20 am. I was SO surprised they had my document ready then. Their great service really made my day!! Wonderful service!
