The River Suite is perfect for the working single professional that needs a quiet, safe, clean place to stay with amazing water views all located 5 min to downtown Augusta. The River Suite is on the bottom floor of the large River House with its own entries, parking, private deck, AC, ceiling fans and is separated from the upstairs of the River House by a locked deadbolt door at the top of the interior stairwell.
The River Suite or downstairs only is the affordable rental that offers a spacious Bedroom with a King bed and wide windows to view the Savannah River. The second room can be a Living room with a HGTV or sleep a second person (Extra fee and Must be approved) with a new twin bed and a fold out twin couch. The second room has french doors that open on to a private deck area that offer amazing views of the Savannah River and a propane grill. There is a spacious dining room that is a fully stocked KITCHENETTE (NO STOVE or OVEN), Cuisenart oven (holds 12"pizza), with a large sitting area, double sink and countertops for food prep, plates and utensils, window, large microwave, large refrigerator, electric cooking items, Hot water electric pot, coffee pot, rice cooker, electric hot pot, and Full sized Washer/Dryer. There is a shower/tub Full Bathroom with towels.
The French doors open into a private deck that has a propane grill, a large swing, patio table and chairs. The downstairs has two separate entry doors with adjacent parking next to private deck.
NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM OWNER. (Pet fee and deposit required)
The river estate has 1.5 acres of beautifully landscaped property and 1.5 acres of thickly wooded trees giving it the quietness and much privacy. There is only one neighbor but well behind large Magnolia trees and rarely seen.
KJ is an active owner who maintains the landscape, pool, and even has quarterly pest, mosquito and wasp spray by Bordens Pest Control.
This is a perfect rental for the single professional who works full time outside the home and wants a nice place to return back to for a restful sleep. This is NOT a rental for the vacationer due to limited outdoor amenities use. (The upstairs only is a separate rental for short term vacationers who have private use of the outdoor amenities only. Guest to River Suite may use the amenities when upstairs is vacant and seeks KJ's approval before use of outside amenities).
