The 2 Homes are mobile homes. Must climb stairs to get into them and 1 of them had hornets nest under where the front door was. We had no idea we were renting 2 mobile homes for that price on top of it. The property "ranch" was not maintained. When we were there it was overgrown. The inside was clean however the couch in one unit was in disrepair. Between the 2 mobile homes there is only 1 washer dryer, ad says 2, and there IS NOT a Hot Tub though advertised. When we arrived we were unable to get in the front door as the lock did not work. We went around the back to find an open door. We notified the owner via the app and then a call which took sometime and she sent batteries that were delivered hours later. The batteries did not fix the lock. The furniture (indoor and outdoor) was sparse and much of it broken. Sofa bed (which we needed) was unusable and another bed had a broken frame. They were staged nicely for photos but the items in the houses were cheap and fragile. To give an example, the mattresses felt like sleeping on cardboard and many items in the rentals were broken. Upon arrival I asked that someone call me to discuss some broken items, animal urine on the carpets and no one called. She said she was in a meeting. There was no broom in the house and I asked to borrow one several times and was told to use the one from the other house. It wasn’t until I told them I would refuse the additional cleaning fee that one was provided. The front door would not secure unless it was locked. I had my 2 year old son with me so that was terribly inconvenient. The view of the rotting oil barrels from the kitchen showed the lack of appreciation for guests. The property is large but extremely junky and the people next door partied all night long very loudly. Because it’s a trailer, the noise really echoed. Only one house has a washer and dryer and I asked for a laundry basket but was told to go look I’m the closet but it wasn’t there. I also asked for a vacuum, that was never provided either. The employee responding to messages was rude. Great location and the houses were so clean. There was space for the kids to run around, and plenty of beds for everyone.
