We have owned a VRBO and frequently been a customer and never had such a difficult experience. We rented this for a wedding and early check-in and check out was pretty critical. Every time we called, we were told something different and ultimately, even with be willing to pay and calling within the timeframes they instructed us too, we could not get in early. The staff was not helpful, even acknowledging they committed to csoemthingg different and would not honor it. I have a cleaning company and while it was clean it could use paint touchups, deep cleaning for cobwebs and repairs on the shades. Probably on the list to do but the shades need to be replaced. Most of them could only be in the down position. Beds comfortable, kitchen and supplies incredible. I love to cook and they had all the bells and whistles. Would definitely stay again. The hosts have thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable and the house was beautifully furnished. I especially liked that they labeled all of the switches. ##### Sharon M.
