Party Barndo

1 Queen pull out sofa and 1 blow up Queen mattress, 1 full bathroom. Loft has 2 large bean bags for relaxation or for anyone who would also want to sleep on them. Extra blankets provided. 2 Smart TV’s in main floor and 1 upstairs in Loft. There is another tv located by the simulator but it is dedicated for that station.

* RV Hookup is available outside house 2 if bringing a RV to the property

Max occupancy is 22 overnight guests. If hosting a event must be approved by host beforehand and a fee of 750.00 is applied. You are allowed additional 30 guests till 10 PM. Any guests that visit the property that are not overnight guests will constitute as a event fee.
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
