This 5 unit beach block condo building is uniquely situated amongst multi-million dollar beach homes. This 2nd floor unit is beautifully furnished and appointed and it is located just a half block from the 32nd Street beach. Offering accommodations for six, this exceptional unit has been recently redecorated to reflect a carefree seashore lifestyle! It s unique location makes it convenient to everything. Just park your car in the assigned off street parking spot and it s an easy distance to just about every activity you d expect at the shore including shopping and fine dining.
There is a king size bed in master bedroom, and a flat screen TV. Each of the bedrooms have their own closets as well. The living room has a 55" smart TV so bring your Netflix and Spotify log in credentials and you are ready to go. Situated on the west side of the building, the condo features a deck with ocean views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail! Each unit has a private outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet and a day s worth of beach! Where else can you do that?

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 2PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.
