Our room was clean and quiet, air conditioning was a little noisy but worked great keeping us comfortable at night and bed was good, slept well. Enjoyed the location, directly across Crescent from Avalon Bay.

Clean room and property, love that we were able to walk in and out all day with immediate beach access and somewhere to leave our bags on the property. Not noisy, definitely safe and also a great price for the area and proximity. Loved my stay and will come again for my next visit to the island. Oh yea and score on the towels for the beach, didn’t need to bring anything they provide!
