It was off season so quiet but you can imagine the staff were always helpful and attentive. Our room staff were very kind. The spa staff were excellent too, yoga and treatments. Manohar in the cocktail bar was absolutely charming.

The room was clean but the bathroom sink was not working properly water was not going down the drain. When we told the front desk, they came and fixed right away.

The outside of the building is nicer than the inside and with that said your view is basically a junk yard. The hotels.com listing lies about having breakfast, pool, etc. there was no breakfast available and no pool on site. Also, the bathrooms are not renovated and the photos they took do not show ...
