“Very good hotel friendly and helpful staff Especially Ranya”

“It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.”

“The hotel is directly on a busy street and the road noise is quite loud. We were concerned about this since we were travelling with a baby but we had a white noise machine handy and it did the trick but is something to be aware of. The lobby is elegant and ipscaleoThe room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette and large seating area. The bedroom had a kind bed, a cot was made and available for us and there was ample storage in the room along with a safe. The balconies were a nice touch……

“Day 1: I waited nearly two hours for an iron and had to make several calls before being told to come downstairs because the cleaning crew had left. There was also hair in our bathroom. Although I reported it immediately, it remained for two days until I personally brought a cleaning staff member to the room. Day 2: The elevator was not working while we were going to breakfast. We waited about 10 minutes before a staff member helped us downstairs. We had also seen another guest using the staff……

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. We were two couples traveling together and stayed one night in a suite. The receptionist, manager, and housekeeping staff were all excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly felt at home. They even allowed us a little extra time for late checkout, which helped us a lot. We loved our stay and highly recommend this clean and friendly place. We would definitely stay here again!”
