When we first arrived we were welcomed with traditional tea and cookies in the lobby and more cookies in our room. The breakfast had a variety of food with healthy options and our meal in the restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“faite attention au petite déjeuner le dernier jour l’accueil nous a fait payer les jus qu’on n’avais consommé le matin pourtant c’était petit déjeuner inclus pendant le séjours sans oublier dans les chambre pas d’eau chaude fuite il vienne vérifier ne revienne plus on n’a eu changez de chambre 2 fois pas de wifi enfin sa beug ”

“I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. When asked if we were given wrong room they said all rooms were same category and same price so not sure why I paid more for what i received…was a bit disappointed as I……
