"Room was very warm. Had to use provided desk fan to keep temp at tolerable level. Couldn’t leave the window open overnight due to street noise from the clubs and bars near by. "Really convenient if you're travelling by train to Newcastle as it's only two minutes away from the station. Clean comfortable rooms in a really quite grand old building. Good breakfast on offer in the restaurant which is open all day. Good value hotel imo."
