Neben der Wohnung ist der äußerst professionelle, sehr freundliche Service der Hausverwaltung hervorzuheben. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Kurzurlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Bereits im April 2022 war ich mit meiner Tochter zu Gast. Bereits da war leider das Wasser der Dusche kalt. Es blieb keine 5 min auch nur lauwarm. Nun war ich erneut ein We da und leider ist nichts behoben. Wir konnten nicht duschen. Das Wasser wird sofort kalt. Mischbatterie defekt eventuell. Aber leider definitiv nicht schön im Winter. "Möbel sind minderer Qualität , wahllos zusammen gewürfelt, passen nicht zusammen, Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer unbequem. Matratze im zweiten Schlafzimmer total durchgelegen. Das WLAN funktioniert nur imn einem Schlafzimmer und im Flur. Die Wohnung wird erst unter 19 Grad geheizt, der Vermieter ist nicht bereit mindestens 20 Hrad sicher zu stellen. Wir haben abends mit Decke und Strickjacke vor dem Fernseher sitzen müssen."
