“While the location is convenient and accessible, there were several issues that need attention. The studio was not soundproof, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night. There was also a persistent drainage or moldy smell around the building, which was quite unpleasant. In the bathroom, the masking film on the window did not fully cover it, leading to privacy concerns. Additionally, there was no space provided for hanging clothes, and the shower door didn’t close properly, causing……

“Stayed 14 nights in this lovely apartment-hotel. Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance. Also, unbeatable price. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, though I wish the shower curtain could have been a bit longer. The staff are very hospitable and gracious.
