This place was the absolute worst accommodations I have ever booked. The room, absolutely stank…I think I figured out that it was from the 1980’s heating and cooling unit. It was also so loud, you could barely hear anyone talking over it. The worst though, having your door open at 7:30am while you are standing there naked, by housekeeping, who could not be bothered to knock first. Thankfully, I had the security latch closed and it wasn’t a total embarrassment. You would think he would have learned that time…no. He, the same guy did it again around 3pm. This time waking up my napping toddler. No knock. Also, no signs provided to say, do not disturb. The kitchenware is lack luster. The knives…I couldnt cut anything. Pool, is not on site…and when I made the drive to the ‘pool’, it was pretty gross. At another site all together. 2.3kms away. But, don’t forget to get your pool towels from the front desk before you leave the place you rented to drive to another disgusting place to swim. There are soooo many better options. Skip this place FOR SURE!!!!

This place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Quebec City. The room was so much better than I expected. Just beautiful and spacious

location is great. There is paid parking across the street, 1 min walking. No laundry detergent. Wish there is paper towel in the kitchen

Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h

It was not downtown old Quebec City which we knew and the drive was only minutes away from downtown. Overall very impressed with the place and it was priced great compared to downtown locations and prices. A must place to stay and an inside pool to boot.
