“Arrived at property very late The building itself did not look inviting Could not find any lights in the hallway that lead to the apartment. There is no pool on premises as shown in pictures. The area around the property does not look nice safe or clean. The only parking that is available is street parking Which isn’t easy to find While the host was very communicative, and assured us that the area is safe We ended up leaving did not stay at the property. I would not recommend it to anyone”

“Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin hat einwandfrei funktioniert, leider kam ich an den Vermittler Holidu nicht ran (Chatbot, keine Antwort auf E-Mail). Das Zimmer ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Nord-Flughafens und für Wanderungen im Anaga gut geeignet, in dem Dörfchen El Pris gibt es ein Meer-Schwimmbecken, einen Minimarkt und zwei Restaurants. Der Bus hält direkt im Ort, Parken ist auch kein Problem. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder wenn man sich tagsüber in der Wohnung……

“Eine große und schön eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Paare. Die Terasse ist für alle Urlauber nutzbar, was durchaus positiv ist, da man schnell Kontakt schließt :-). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und der tolle Strand liegt quasi vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert. Wir wurden trotz Verspätung herzlich empfangen.”

“Pros: Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für ein (Klein-)Auto. Ideal! Es gibt einen Aufzug vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Großartig mit Lebensmitteln! Die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsfrühstücksplatz (22 Grad Mitte Januar!) Die Wanderwege in die Berge beginnen hundert Meter vom Eingang entfernt, das Meer ist zu Fuß über einen 1,3 km langen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist nützlich, um die vielen Restaurants und Supermärkte zu erreichen (ca. 2 bis 4 Kilometer). Cons:……
