"Waiting for the elevator was interesting. It was common knowledge among the guests that elevator ran extremely slow. Upon arrival we waited 15 mins for elevator to arrive. Other than this hiccup we had an enjoyable time at this hotel"

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in downtown Dallas when I was hotel hopping. It’s so clean, and the views are AMAZING!!! I still think about it. With the kitchen you have a stove, pans, coffee maker, cups everything. The showers are great and everything feels like a luxury apartment!! Staff is super friendly and there until 7. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting! Most gorgeous rooms. My literal only complaint is that sometimes you can hear doors in the hall or neighbors through the walls. But in one of the rooms I didn’t have this issue. I rebooked three different times! The corner room is breathtaking. But just be mindful you can see in the next room over because of the way the building is. Amazing hotel!!!!"

"$40 dollar/night parking charge (that wasn't listed as an optional charge when making the reservation) is kinda crazy when you're paying a minimum of $150/night for the room alone before taxes and the extra bs fees that you can't get out of. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the staff was attentive."
