"We stayed with several families and loved the games, layout and pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. When we arrived, the walls were open and I guess there was a plumbing issue with no hot water in the master suite. We were not told of this issue prior to arriving and though a worker came to look at the problem and said he would be back to fix it, he never came back and the hot water was not restored.
