“We could not even get into our place that night and the number to call is no good. We had to find somewhere else to stay. Horrible ”

“Hotel was in a great location and was nice. The room was too hot with no way to cool it down and the view was of a wall even though I paid for a room that was above the base level”

“Margaret was very accommodating and always there to answer and help with any questions. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking.”

“The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Such a lovely old building, beautifully decorated. Staff were so welcoming and friendly even built us a gorgeous fire while we relaxed and played cards.”

“The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed ”
