“We were greeted by Johnny who was a superb host. Our room was large with a balcony and chairs. The community center was adjacent to the property with a walking track which was fabulous on overcast days when you want to walk but not get caught in the rain. We had asked if there was a refrigerator we could keep a few things in and within an hour or two Johnny’s dad John had bought a new refrigerator for us to use. “TLC needed, stay was ok at best information in room requires updating. No iPad in room to check in, but states check in on iPad. Not the cleanest stain on head board, dusty in many areas, inside draws need cleaning. ”

“Serendipity house, lies about their amenities. You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. They do not care that they are lying. When you come you only have access to your room, so don’t plan on having anywhere else to hang out,……
