I understand they gave a check in time but this was the only location that tried to get money off of it. I also had to stand and wait 5 minutes for a staff member to come up and assist me. Jess at reception handled it very well and was very helpful. She organised a different room, an apartment, which was pretty basic and was missing the hotel room feel. She was very apologetic and offered us complimentay drinks (2). The bar staff were lovely, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to be served. "
