Baltic Castle Hotels

Location was good, quiet area, hotel was clean as was the rooms. Staff was great, amenities were great

You were a little worried about coming to this property because of other reviews but I have to say that we had an amazing time at this hotel. Our room walked right out to the pool. The hotel is across the street from junkanoo beach. It’s about two minutes away from the fish fry. The room was very nice. There were some things that didn’t work properly but nothing we couldn’t get over. The staff was really helpful and amazing there. I would stay here again, especially at a really good price.

Loved the shuttle service.

This is my second time staying here, and I will do so again. I rated the amenities lower because I didn't use them.

Clean hotel near Mohegan Sun. Excellent shuttle service. Would stay there again.

Property is very close to shopping and dining and the shuttle to the casino is great.

Convenient location. Very nice decor and efficient staff

Like train tracks by creek in back it was pretty and didn't hear anything in room very quiet breakfast was not to standard like other comfort inn eggs cold milk curdurle stale beagle recommend go out for breakfast

Will definitely go back. House was perfect for a family gathering. Beautiful scenery and the house was updated and clean.

I loved it here! Staff was so nice and friendly, felt very welcomed! Maybe die look a touch outdated but I was very satisfied with my stay!

Great value right in town, very clean and Sheri, the desk attendant, couldn’t have been more welcoming

Stayed here a few years ago, seems like it's been nicely renovated since then; pleasantly surprised. Free hot breakfast buffet was very good; eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle machine etc; getting back to operating as things were before panademic.

Great place to stay. Staff were friendly. Food in restaurant was very good. There was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guest but that is minor. Very close to Mohegan we went to see a concert there. All and all I would recommend and definitely stay there again. We loved it.

Erin and Josh do a wonderful job and put a lot of love into their inn between the service, food, decor, cleanliness and personalization of their guest stay! Such a good find

The most comfortable bed!

It was an enjoyable stay. The only thing I recommend was a better breakfast could expand a little bit more coffee was very weak like water but just add a little more to the breakfast. Everything else was great thank you.

Very comfortable, extremely clean. William was friendly and helpful.

Easily my favorite hotel! Biggest perk for me was that the indoor pool was ACTUALLY warm. So many hotels say heated pool and it is still too cold for my family. This one was perfect temperature–we even brought our 4-month-old in! And there was a movie playing at the pool too! The hotel is also directly across from the aquarium and shops. The staff was all wonderful. And it is very affordable for such a well decorated and clean hotel!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Only stayed for one night, but the staff were on point!
