"COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."

"I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. "The room was big and very well decorated, we liked the property and the service was nice. it is far from anywhere but that okay we stay for one night to relax and take the ferry next day, The dinner buffet was way expensive and not worth it at all. breakfast was great tho. Value for money accommodation in charming Binz
"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "
