“Room was cleverly small and spacious. Comfortable room, great shower and nice view onto treed garden. Great location, plenty of restaurants and shops within a few steps.”

“They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. ”

“Staff and facilities were great. The bartenders were all wonderful and gave some wonderful recommendations for local eateries. U-bahn and S-bahn stations are within walking distance. Would recommend and stay again. ”

We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. 2 things that need to improve though, the shuttle bus which brings us to our accommodation, can it be more frequently(its running every 30mins and always full). Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold.”
